Our practice relies on transparency and loyalty. We are specialized in Civil Law (please refer to our practices below) and we have developed strong partnerships in areas which the practice does not specialize (criminal, labor and tax).

Divorce, visitation rights, guard, alimony, paternity investigation, inheritance, wills
NOTARY AND REGISTRY LAW
We issue legal opinions and execute any notary and registry actions under Brazilian Law of any cases our clients brought to our consideration
COUTRY WIDE LITIGATION
The firm acts strategically in civil cases throughout the country in the interests of individuals and legal entities
CORPORATE LAW
We advise domestic and foreign companies with regard to corporate (including merger, acquisition and corporate restructuring) and doing business in Brazil

ARTHUR ZEGER
Bachelor in law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (2007), post-graduation in Sports Law from Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Desportivo (2009), and Master in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (2011).
University Professor teaching to graduation and post-graduation as well as in preparatory courses for admission to the Brazilian Bar Association and to public sector positions; Judge at the Court of Sports Justice; and Rapporteur member of the 20th Chamber of Ethical and Discipline Court of the São Paulo Bar Association.
He currently teaches civil law and civil procedure at FMU (Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas) and ESA (Escola Superior da Advocacia), extension courses in Notarial and Registry Law at ARISP (São Paulo’s Association of Registrars of Property) and Uniregistral, in addition to lectures and speeches to corporations.
On the 12th of December, 2015 Arthur was awarded by the Brazilian Bar Association with the Teaching Merit Prize in recognition to his invaluable dedication and outstanding performance in the exercise of University Education in the Brazil.
